The Center is a meditation on consciousness and the unity of the cosmic and the inner self. At its core, a hand touches a radiant star – the soul – while surrounding Uttarabodhi and Lotus Mudras channel energy inward, symbolizing awakening and devotion. Anchored by the Mahakaleshwara Jyotirlinga, planetary alignments, and an ancient Ellora gatekeeper, the work bridges sacred heritage with celestial vision. A synchronic event – receiving vibhuti from the same temple – further binds the painting to lived experience, embodying stillness, faith, and the flow of universal energy.
