Returns & refunds

Each work at Thadanis Gallery is a one-of-a-kind original, described and photographed as accurately as we can so that you can decide with confidence. If something is not right, we will work with you fairly.

Returns on original works

Because each work is a one-of-a-kind original, any return, remedy or refund is agreed individually and in writing before anything is sent back. To raise a concern, write to [email protected] with the title of the work and a short description of the issue. Please do not send a work back until we have agreed the arrangements with you in writing, including packing, courier and any costs.

Not treated as a fault

Damaged or not as described

If a work arrives damaged, or is materially different from its description, please tell us promptly. Photograph the packaging and the work, including close-ups of any damage, and email the photographs to [email protected] with the title of the work. We will look into it, work with the courier where one was used, and agree the way forward with you in writing. A one-of-a-kind original cannot be replaced with an identical copy, so the outcome may include a repair or a refund.

Refunds

Thadanis Gallery does not take online or card payments (see Payment methods). Where a refund is agreed, we will confirm the amount and how it will be paid (normally bank transfer or UPI) in writing.

Cancelling a reservation

An enquiry is not a commitment, and reservations are covered separately. See our Cancellation policy for how to cancel a reservation.
