How to acquire a work
Thadanis Gallery does not take online payments, and there is no online checkout. To acquire a work, send an enquiry from the artwork page or contact us directly, quoting the title of the work. We will reply to confirm availability and, if the work is reserved for you, confirm the reservation in writing. Payment is then arranged with you directly — by bank transfer, UPI or in person at the gallery.
Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank passwords by email or through our forms.
Currency & pricing
Prices are available on request and quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Delivery or collection is arranged and quoted separately for each work and agreed in writing; see Shipping.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS. We never ask for, and do not store, card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or bank passwords. Never share an OTP or payment password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from the gallery. If you are unsure whether a request for payment is genuine, call us on +91 9820302050 before paying.
Reservation & payment confirmation
A work is reserved for you only when we confirm the reservation in writing by email. Please pay only after you have received that confirmation, and keep it for your records. If you are unsure whether a payment has reached us, or whether a work is still reserved, contact us before paying again.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, we will confirm the amount and how it will be paid (normally bank transfer or UPI) in writing. SeeReturns & refunds and Cancellation for when a refund may apply and how to request one.
